Role Description

Managed IT Hub is seeking a Senior System Administrator - Level 3 for a full-time, on-site position located in Mohali district. The Senior System Administrator will oversee the maintenance and enhancement of IT systems, encompassing server and network administration, performance optimization, and troubleshooting. Daily responsibilities include managing technical support escalations, implementing system upgrades, monitoring infrastructure performance, and ensuring security measures are in place. The candidate will also work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver seamless IT operations and solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in System Administration, including setting up, monitoring, and maintaining server hardware and software configurations
• Handling Escalations related to Windows Servers, Vmware, M365 and google workspace
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues with hardware, software, and network infrastructure
• Extensive experience in Network Administration to design, implement, and maintain efficient, secure networks
• Working knowledge of projects related to email migrations, Firewalls deployment, RMM tools onboarding
• Background in Information Technology with knowledge of system security, cloud computing, and data management best practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for client and team interactions
• Ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Relevant certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent are a plus
• Exposure in MSP industry will be a plus
