This is a remote role, working closely with and primarily supporting our European teams, while collaborating with global stakeholders across multiple markets.
The Role
The Senior Operations Executive plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality data delivery, smooth global operations, and the continuous improvement of our services.
The role spans questionnaire design and scripting, panel quality management, and operational support, working closely with client servicing teams, data processing teams, translation agencies, and panel providers.
In addition, the role supports the ongoing evolution of our services in line with organisational needs, encompassing future survey developments and operational changes. It also contributes to product thinking by identifying opportunities to enhance the overall service offering, with improvements across scripting tools, survey design, panel strategy, data quality and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities include:
Questionnaire Design
You will be responsible for designing and implementing questionnaire changes, including:
- Reviewing questionnaires and recommending improvements to enhance data quality and client value
- Liaising with the client servicing team to ensure questionnaires meet client requirements
- Enhancing and maintaining questionnaire systems
- Improving the panellist experience through engaging question design and publishing relevant information back to panellists
Questionnaire Scripting
You will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and improving existing scripts
- Working with regional operations teams to set up and deliver global projects
- Adding new sections and functionality to questionnaires
- Coordinating with translation agencies to ensure accurate and timely delivery
- Testing scripts to ensure functionality, logic integrity, and data quality
- Managing sample selection processes
Panel Quality & Partner Management
You will work closely with panel providers and partners to:
- Ensure monthly sample targets are met across all markets
- Improve panel balance and representativity
- Analyse respondent data to support panel performance and quality initiatives
- Own and develop strong working relationships with key panel partners
Data Processing & Quality
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring data consistency across markets, panel providers, and reporting outputs
- Supporting analysis of response rates, attrition, and panel performance
- Identifying data anomalies or quality issues and working with relevant teams to resolve them
Systems & Operational Support
You will be responsible for:
- Monitoring questionnaire systems, data flows, and operational processes to ensure smooth monthly delivery
- Troubleshooting issues related to scripting and sample delivery
- Working cross-functionally with internal teams to diagnose and resolve technical or operational issues efficiently
- Maintaining documentation covering questionnaire changes, system updates, and process improvements
Service & Product Development
You will be responsible for:
- Acting as an operational expert for our services, with a strong understanding of how survey design, panel strategy, and data outputs come together.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance our offering, including methodological improvements, consistency across markets, and scalability of global processes
- Partnering with commercial and client servicing teams to translate client needs into sustainable service enhancements rather than one-off questionnaire changes
- Supporting the introduction of new features, markets, or service extensions, ensuring they align with existing frameworks and quality standards
Contributing to longer-term roadmap discussions for our services, ensuring a balance between client value, operational feasibility, data integrity, and future service developments improvements
Skills & Requirements
Experience / Candidate Profile
- Strong computer skills, with advanced Excel knowledge (e.g. Pivot Tables, Lookups, formulas, and data formatting)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to prepare and structure data for analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of database structures and data management best practices
- Experience using questionnaire scripting platforms such as Confirmit, Dimensions, Lumi, or Tivian
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, with a strong sense of ownership over operational tasks and continuous improvement
Nice to have (but not essential):
- Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server databases
- Ability to write or interpret basic SQL queries
