Job Description

T3 - L2 Application Support Resources Required

4 to 5 years of IT experience with Level 2 Application Production support, ITIL

Technical Skills - Unix/Linux, Unix scripting , Oracle SQL , Autosys, Excellent Communication Skills, Confidence

Tools: ITRS, Autosys, Service Now, uDeploy

Domain Knowledge: Banking

Good to have knowledge in oracle - proc, function, view, cursors

General Skillset

Good coordination between various infra/TI teams OR dev partners

Quick turnaround time for solving any issue

Quick in escalation + handling MIM + involving ICM + sending user communications

Good debugging and analytical skills

Must be very good in communication

L2 Production support for 24*7 support module applications
