Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Boomi Support Engineer responsible for providing L2/L3 production support for enterprise integrations built on the Boomi platform. The role involves troubleshooting complex integration issues, ensuring platform stability, supporting releases, and working closely with development, business, and vendor teams to maintain high availability and performance of integration solutions.
Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Boomi Integration Platform +
- Solid understanding of integration patterns (sync/async, pub-sub, batch).
- Knowledge of error handling, retry mechanisms, and exception frameworks.
- Experience with monitoring tools and log analysis.
- Experience in configuring Boomi connectors (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.).
- Strong exposure to Boomi process design, data mapping, and exception handling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in integration support or application support in a Boomi environment.
- Self-starter, with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and articulation skills
- Excellent client communication skills, Ability to understand customer problem and technical challenges
- Ability to adapt to new technologies/tools & understanding its complex functional and technical requirements
