Sr. Supply executive Sample Supply, Development & Partnerships

We are seeking a results-driven professional to manage and scale traffic providers, affiliate networks, API platforms, and DIY panel partners for market research projects, with a strong focus on cost efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Negotiate competitive CPI and commercial terms with supply partners
Develope, Onboard and manage vendor relationships to strengthen respondent supply
Maintain rate cards aligned with project budgets and margins
Forecast and allocate supply based on feasibility and performance
Optimise live project routing for cost, speed, and quality
Monitor KPIs including IR, LOI, conversion, and dropout rates
Work cross-functionally with Ops, PM, and Tech to meet SLAs
Requirements:
Experience in sample supply, panel management, or vendor partnerships
Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of online and CATI sourcing models
