We are looking for an experienced and ownership-driven Senior Supply Chain & Procurement Associate to manage end-to-end supply chain operations for our central kitchen and outlets. This role is critical in ensuring efficient procurement, optimal inventory planning, vendor performance, and seamless logistics execution.
Key Responsibilites :
1. Procurement & Vendor Management
- Own end-to-end procurement across all categories (raw materials, packaging, consumables)
- Identify, onboard, and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards
- Build strong vendor relationships and drive performance (pricing, reliability, quality)
- Manage contracts, pricing revisions, and periodic vendor evaluations
2. Inventory Planning & Control
- Design and maintain optimal inventory thresholds across central kitchen and outlets
- Forecast demand based on consumption trends and business growth
- Minimize stock-outs, wastage, and overstocking through data-driven planning
- Oversee inventory audits and ensure accuracy across systems
3. Logistics & Dispatch Management
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatches to all outlets
- Optimize delivery schedules and routing for efficiency
- Monitor dispatch accuracy, shrinkage, and fulfillment SLAs
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for smooth operations
4. Supply Chain Process & Systems
- Establish and improve SOPs across procurement, inventory, and dispatch
- Ensure FIFO, hygiene, and storage compliance standards
- Drive digitization and reporting (inventory tracking, consumption analysis, vendor performance)
- Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations
- Experience in F&B Preferred / warehouse / logistics
- Strong understanding of inventory management and vendor negotiation
- High ownership mindset with problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working in early morning operations (if required)
- Proficiency in Excel / basic inventory systems
