Senior Supply Chain Executive

About the Position:

Our company is growing rapidly and we are looking for a supply chain professional with knowledge of purchase & supply chain for our restaurants.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience working in Supply chain department
• Self-starter, ready to take on new challenges
• Numbers oriented
• Positive attitude and ability to work with team
• Knowledge of food safety & compliance
• Strong communication
• Strong vendor negotiation & contract management
• Experience with multi-location distribution
• Hands-on experience in warehouse team management
• Knowledge of FIFO practices

Roles/Responsibilities:

1.Material & Warehouse Management:

a. Track & improve key metrics:

- Transfer of stocks between stores

- Stock outs & fill rates

- Vendor service levels & fill rate %

- Stock-holding days at outlets & warehouses

- PO accuracy

- On time deliveries at store within time-windows

b. Ensure accurate & timely POs for consumable and assets through ERP

c. Lead and manage warehouse team performance, including training and adherence to processes

d. Enforce 100% compliance with existing SOPs and develop new SOPs where required

e. Ensure strict adherence to FIFO (First-In-First-Out) in storage and dispatches

2.Cost Reduction:

a. Manage vendor contracts and ensure best-in-industry pricing

b. Lead negotiations with vendors

3.Follow-ups:

a. Co-ordinate with the Finance team on the vendor payments
