Job Description

A Senior Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the quality control team, developing and implementing quality control processes, and ensuring compliance with applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include conducting internal audits, analyzing quality metrics, training and mentoring staff, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team leadership: Supervise and lead the Quality team, conduct performance reviews, and mentor junior staff.
  • Quality management: Develop, implement, and maintain quality control policies, procedures, and standards to meet company and customer expectations.
  • Audits and inspections: Conduct regular internal audits and inspections of production processes and products to identify defects and areas for improvement.
  • Data analysis: Analyze quality data, identify trends, and generate reports to present to management.
  • Issue resolution: Investigate quality issues, work with other departments to implement corrective and preventive actions, and manage customer feedback.
  • Training: Train QA staff and other employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Continuous improvement: Participate in and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate quality records, documentation, and the company's quality manual.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Any non-technical bachelor's degree (BSC, B-Pharma, B. Com, BA, Nursing, Life Science etc.), but relevant work experience can be a substitute.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a BPO setting, with specific experience in healthcare processes (e.g., claims, prior authorization, revenue cycle management, life sciences, etc.)
  • Overall, more than 8 years of experience in US Healthcare.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, with leadership experience preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to train and mentor staff.
