Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Senior Sub Editor at The Tatva. The Senior Sub Editor will be responsible for reviewing, editing, and improving content for clarity, accuracy, and coherence. The role involves proofreading articles, conducting thorough research to verify information, and ensuring editorial guidelines are met. The individual will work closely with content writers to refine and polish written pieces and oversee the editorial process to maintain quality and precision across all digital media outputs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English Writing, Text Editing, and Proofreading
• Experience in New Media platforms and practices
• Strong Research skills for accurate and thorough fact-checking
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams while maintaining high editorial standards
• Understanding of current trends and audience engagement strategies in digital media
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communication, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar editorial role is a plus
