Senior Study Abroad Counsellor

We are a boutique Overseas Education Consultancy in Mumbai, specializing in providing personalized counselling for students aspiring to pursue higher education in the UK, Ireland, Australia, the US, and Germany. Our services include admission and application guidance, student visas, accommodation assistance, and end-to-end support for families.

We are seeking a Senior Study Abroad Counsellor to join our Overseas Education Consultancy. The candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients (students), ensuring that they receive exceptional customer serviceand support throughout their journey with us. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for students, responding promptly to inquiries and providing guidance throughout their journey post completion of first counselling with Founder & CEO

Build and maintain strong relationships with students, ensuring that they receive exceptional customer service and support throughout their engagement with the consultancy

Collaborate with other team members to deliver a high level of customer service and ensure client satisfaction

Co-ordinate with partners, associates and university representatives to ensure students have all the necessary documentation & information required for their abroad studies

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities using our CRM system, including updating client information, recording communications and tracking progress

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact our clients

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, commerce or a related field

2+ years of full-time work experience, preferably in a study abroad counselling role

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional local languages are a plus)

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines

Confident, proactive, empathetic, and persuasive.

Passion for the education industry and a desire to help students achieve their goals
