Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role located in Kollam for a Senior Career Counselor. The Senior Career Counselor will be responsible for providing career counseling to students and supporting them in their career planning process. This includes conducting assessments, guiding students in developing career goals, identifying training opportunities, and helping to match students with suitable courses abroad, jobs or internships.

Qualifications and Requirements

A Master's Degree .

A minimum of 2 years experience in career counseling and job placement.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with students and relate to their needs.

Knowledge of career development theory, counseling techniques, and job search strategies.

Experience in conducting assessments and interpreting the results.

Ability to organize career events and workshops to help students with their career development.

Ability to establish relationships with employers to create job opportunities for students.

Technology skills and knowledge of online resources for job search and career development.

Multimedia presentation skills and photogenic features that opt for company media and official social media platforms
