About the Role

We are seeking experienced Senior Structural Engineers to join our Hyderabad branch office located in Gachibowli, Telangana, India.

This is an in-office position. Candidates must currently reside within commuting distance of the office or be willing to relocate to ensure a maximum commute time of 1 hours.

Working Hours: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Midnight), Local India Standard Time.

Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience.

Required Education and Experience

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering (required)
• 35 years of civil/structural engineering experience in the analysis, design, and detailing of low-rise residential and commercial buildings per International Building Code (IBC).
• Mandatory: Proven American experience in structural engineering, including hands-on involvement in U.S.-based projects
• Minimum 2 years of experience using AutoCAD
• Demonstrated experience working with one or more American building codes and standards, including:
• International Code Council International Building Code (IBC)
• American Society of Civil Engineers ASCE 7 (Minimum Design Loads for Buildings and Other Structures)
• American Concrete Institute ACI 318
• American Institute of Steel Construction AISC 360 (Steel Construction Manual)
• American Wood Council National Design Specification (NDS) for Wood Construction

Candidates must clearly demonstrate direct experience applying U.S. codes and standards in structural design, whether the work was performed within the United States or internationally.
