Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Structural Design Engineer, based in Pune. The role involves leading the structural design process for various residential, commercial, and infrastructural projects. The engineer will perform design calculations, review project requirements, and collaborate with architects, contractors, and developers. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with codes and standards, providing technical guidance to junior team members, and ensuring timely submission of high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Structural Analysis, Structural Design, and understanding of various design codes and standards
• Skilled in using advanced software tools for modeling, analysis, and detailing such as ETABS, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, and Revit
• Experience in project coordination and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including architects and contractors
• Keen attention to detail with strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Minimum 7 years of experience in structural design and engineering
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Chartered Structural Engineer qualifications are a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to mentor junior staff and drive successful project delivery
