Key Responsibilities:

• Counter Service Management: Efficiently handle the day-to-day counter service operations within the food court, ensuring quick and accurate service.
• Meal Operations Execution: Perform daily counter setup, including preparation and organization for all meal operations (breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc.).
• Standard Compliance: Consistently maintain high service and hygiene standards as per Sodexo's guidelines and protocols.
• Communication: Utilize good communication skills to interact clearly and politely with customers and team members.
• Customer Focus: Demonstrate a strong customer service focus, ensuring all customer needs are met with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in food service, preferably in a fast-paced food court or cafeteria environment.
• Proven ability to handle counter service and manage daily meal operations.
• Strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards in a food service setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
