Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rohtak for the Senior STEAM Trainer position. The Senior STEAM Trainer will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging training sessions, developing STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) Robotics, AI, Coding , IoT and Electronics curriculum, and mentoring both students and instructors. They will oversee training programs, assess training effectiveness, and collaborate with teams to ensure adherence to best practices in teaching methodologies. This role also requires staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in STEAM education, creating innovative content, and contributing to the continuous improvement of training processes.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) ,

Robotics , AI, Coding , IoT , Computer Science , Electronics Disciplines.

• Teaching, training, and mentoring skills, with experience in conducting workshops or classroom instruction
• Curriculum development and instructional design capabilities for STEAM education
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using digital tools and technology for training purposes
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Prior experience in a similar role or education sector is advantageous
• Masters degree in Robotics
