Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Static Editing & Retouching Specialist who can elevate our campaign visuals and product imagery to luxury brand standards. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in high-end retouching, color precision, and product detailing, ensuring every visual asset reflects the refined aesthetic of the brand.
This role will work closely with the creative, photography, and video teams to refine campaign Key Visuals (KVs) and prepare master assets for internal and external adaptations across print and digital platforms.
Core Responsibilities
- Edit and refine master campaign Key Visuals (KVs) to meet premium brand standards
- Perform high-end product retouching, especially for glass, metallic, and reflective packaging
- Execute advanced skin retouching while maintaining natural texture and realism
- Apply precise color correction aligned with brand guidelines
- Conduct background cleanup, light balancing, and shadow correction
- Correct imperfections in packaging and product imagery
- Prepare clean, layered, production-ready master files for internal adaptation across channels
- Work closely with the video team to ensure visual consistency between static and video campaign assets
- Maintain pixel-level detailing and luxury-grade finish in all visual outputs
Technical Skills
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Advanced retouching techniques including:
- Frequency Separation
- Dodge & Burn
- Advanced Masking
- Compositing
- Strong understanding of lighting correction and color grading
- Experience working with complex layered PSD files from agencies and photographers
- Expertise in non-destructive editing workflows
- Strong attention to detail and pixel-level precision
- Knowledge of export formats for print and digital platforms
Experience Requirements
- 58 years of hands-on experience in high-end static editing and retouching
- Prior experience in beauty, luxury, skincare, fashion, or premium product brands preferred
- Strong portfolio demonstrating:
- Before/after retouching work
- Product retouching, particularly reflective or glass surfaces
- Master Key Visual (KV) refinement work
