Role Overview

Trianz is taking its market-leading enterprise digital transformation SaaS platform and 20 years of experience in the digital transformation space and creating an AI-native, agentic digital transformation product. This isn't bolting AI onto a legacy SaaS product - this is a complete reimagination. Think Harvey, but for digital transformation.

We're looking for a senior/staff UX designer to help design the entire AI-native user experience for our user journeys.

This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role. You will not be creating Figmas based on requirements.

You will be an early member of a new, small, fast-moving org. You'll get to work with the product owner and senior AI engineers and will be supported by extensive user research. You'll have the autonomy to design the entire, AI-native UX for a very complex user journey. Our engineers will be able to technically implement the ideal UX you create.

This is not a role for someone looking for stability or well-defined processesit's for someone who thrives when things are ambiguous and moving fast.

Key Responsibilities

UX Strategy & Design

• Analyze our user research and help design the entire user experience for an AI-native digital transformation application.
• Translate user research and domain workflows into intuitive, scalable UX solutions
• Simplify complex processes into efficient and usable experiences
• Ensure UX aligns with real-world enterprise needs and outcomes

AI-Native Experience Design

• Design experiences for AI-driven, agentic workflows and automation
• Contribute to defining next-generation interaction models (e.g., conversational UX, intelligent automation)
• Collaborate with AI engineers to ensure feasibility and effectiveness of UX solutions

Collaboration & Ownership

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Take end-to-end ownership of UX, from concept to implementation
• Drive design decisions in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a product-focused UX designer with strong experience in enterprise SaaS platforms who can design meaningful, functional experiencesnot just visually appealing interfaces. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of complex workflows, data-driven systems, and user behaviour, and thrives in high-ownership environments.

• Education: Bachelor's/master's degree in design, HCI, or related field
• Experience:
• 8+ years of UX/Product Design experience
• Minimum 2+ years in product-based companies (mandatory)
• Proven experience in enterprise product design

Core Competencies Required

• 8+ years of UX design experience
• 2+ years of experience at product companies, not services
• Strong experience understanding domain workflows and translating them into comprehensive user experiences. (Note: we do not want pretty UIs that are not functional. We want a really optimized UX based on your UX experience plus a deep understanding of our user journey.)
• Must have very strong English speaking, reading, and writing skills
• Experience with collaboration and data/visualization-heavy experiences
• Experience with enterprise product design
• Must have a portfolio
• Must be comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast
• Must take ownership of the entire UX
