Senior Staff Thermal Design Engineer (f/m/d)

Role Responsibilities:

1. Lead thermal design, simulation, and testing of frequency inverters and drive components.
2. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external partners across design and industrialization phases.
3. Create and validate test specifications, perform thermal measurements, and support product certification.
4. Utilize CFD tools (FloTherm/6SigmaET) and circuit simulators (MATLAB, PSpice) for design and analysis.

Key Deliverables:

1. Complete thermal system architecture including component-level and cabinet integration.
2. Verified simulation and measurement reports for prototypes and production-ready units.
3. Certified drive systems as per IEC, UL, and other relevant standards.
4. Smooth knowledge transfer to industrialization and after-sales teams.
