We are seeking an experienced Full stack UI/UX Developer. Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies and Jira-based project management to ensure timely and accurate deliverables. Analyze project requirements and develop detailed design structures to support implementation. Implement best practices and coding standards across front-end development and UI/UX design. Communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly to internal teams and key stakeholders.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role :
- Create high-quality, user-centered UI/UX development that align with project requirements and vision.
- Develop and maintain design documentation, including design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, and accessibility evaluations.
- Create UI mockups and prototypes that clearly communicate interaction flows and page layouts.
- Produce unique graphic design concepts and prepare drafts for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Iterate designs efficiently based on user feedback and data insights.
- Make layout adjustments following style guidelines for fonts, colors and imagery.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- 10+ years of hands-on experience building frontend applications with React and Angular.
- Strong practical expertise in React, including advanced state management patterns (Redux/RTK, Recoil, Zustand, or Context + Hooks) and render optimization using memoization and virtualization.
- Strong practical expertise in Angular, including implementation WebSocket's, Observables (RxJS), deep understanding of component lifecycle, and asynchronous patterns.
- Deep understanding of CSS3, design systems, Material UI, HTML5,responsive layouts, and scalable UI architecture.
- Advanced skills in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Experience writing unit and integration tests using tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Jasmine, and Karma.
- Experience with front-end test automation and build tools (NPM, Grunt, Webpack).
- Experience working with RESTful APIs, backend integration, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure all front-end code meets performance requirements and is optimized for speed and efficiency.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (AWS).
- Solid understanding of HTTP, CDN caching, security headers,OAuth2/OIDC, and browser internals.
- Experience with other front-end frameworks such as Vue.js or Ember.js is an added advantage
