Develop the understanding of overall business and architecture, set the goals and roadmap for the product such that it scales and delights ensuring engineering excellence and long-term efficiency.
Guide the team in supporting fullstack development. Set engineering strategy, author goals and strategy documents, make and influence architectural decisions, and read design documents.
Build tools to run operations and the necessary end-to-end products in this space.
Ensure engineering alignment with established best practices, enable our services to be easily testable by Test engineers, supported by Site Reliability Engineer (SREs), and easy to operate in the field.
Collaborate with other engineering teams, operations, client solutions, User Experience Researcher (UXR), Product management, to support solutions in production.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development with data structures/algorithms.
5 years of experience with design and architecture, and testing or launching software products.
Experience in Service Design and Software Architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
Experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
