Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Staff Nurse for a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. Your daily responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring patients health conditions, providing personalized nursing care, and assisting in care plans as per senior-specific medical needs. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care, manage clinical documentation, coordinate with doctors and family members, and ensure a safe and hygienic environment for all residents.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in nursing practices, including administering medications, monitoring vitals, and managing patient records
- Strong skills in care management, clinical supervision, and personalized patient care
- Experience in senior care practices such as palliative care, dementia care, and rehabilitation therapy is highly preferable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with seniors, families, and healthcare teams
- Professionalism and commitment to ensuring the wellbeing and dignity of elderly care recipients
- Relevant nursing qualifications and valid nursing licensure
- Previous experience in assisted living or healthcare facilities is an advantage
