Role Overview
We are looking for a
Senior Staff Engineer QA Automation to lead end-to-end QA delivery and drive quality transformation initiatives within key client accounts. This role requires strong expertise in
Automation and Performance Testing, along with the ability to own QA strategy, governance, and execution.
The ideal candidate will act as a quality champion, ensuring measurable business impact, delivery excellence, and adoption of modern QA practices.
Key Responsibilities
QA Strategy & Delivery Leadership
- Align QA outcomes with client business objectives, quality metrics, and ROI
- Own and drive the QA agenda within accounts
- Act as a single point of ownership for quality strategy and execution
- Standardize QA processes and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery
Technical Leadership
- Lead enterprise-level automation framework strategy and enhancements
- Drive Performance Testing initiatives using JMeter
- Oversee Selenium-based automation implementation
- Ensure strong test management and reporting practices
Account & Stakeholder Management
- Strengthen client relationships through proactive engagement
- Identify opportunities for QA expansion, automation, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams on QA solutions
Governance & Team Enablement
- Drive delivery governance, risk management, and compliance
- Lead adoption of Shift-Left, Automation-First, and AI-led testing practices
- Mentor and groom senior QA engineers within the account
Required Skills & Experience
- 810 years of experience in QA / Test Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience in Selenium Automation
- Experience in Performance Testing using JMeter
- Expertise in Test Automation Framework design and implementation
- Experience with Test Management tools
- Strong stakeholder management and delivery ownership experience
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
