Job Description

We are looking for an independent Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead configuration, support HR operations, and drive Workday projects across multiple modules.

What you will do

  • Serve as a Workday subject matter expert (SME) across multiple modules such as HCM Core, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, or Advanced Reporting
  • Lead end-to-end configuration activities including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and documentation
  • Support HR operations through troubleshooting, data audits, complex reporting, and resolving Workday-related issues
  • Lead or participate in Workday-related projects, enhancements, and integrations with third-party systems
  • Manage Workday bi-annual releases: assess new functionality, provide impact analysis, and drive adoption of new features.

What you bring

  • Knowledge of SaaS solutions, Web technologies, and business integration solutions. Experience with integrations (Studio, Core Connectors, PECI, Cloud Connect) will be preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures
  • Ability to work autonomously with a high degree of responsibility
  • Open environment mindset and ability to learn in a fast-paced, complex multi-national / multi-cultural set up
  • Analytical skills and interest in understanding the overall context, and thinking outside the box
  • Experience in additional modules like Talent, compensation, Time Tracking, Recruiting and Workday Integration tools would be advantageous.
