  • Experience in leading a team of creative media or ID members.
  • Professional level of understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, Adult learning theory.).
  • Working knowledge of e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative cloud, AI models).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Strong Camtasia skills for ILT/VILT.
  • Prior experience in managing Learning Management Systems and Content Development Tools
  • Good Knowledge of multimedia tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, InDesign, Premiere pro and After effects), video/audio editing, 3D (Blender or Maya).
  • Scripts and Storyboarding.
  • Project management knowledge (jira, MS Projects)
  • Strong in DSLR handling and cinematography and Photography.
  • VR, AR
  • Understanding in UI and UX.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the team in L&D meetings, project meetings, and Marketing meetings, get to know the upcoming projects, and plan work according to the expected milestones.
  • Identify and allocate work to the team members, plan, follow-up, and track to closure with expected quality
  • Track everyday work of team members and prepare weekly reports on the work status.
  • Mentor new team members on media and ID-related processes.
  • Design, Develop and organize Instructional materials and resources.
  • Write and develop training courses and curriculum based on conversations with subject matter experts and author courses for delivery.
  • Ensure that all learning offerings are focused on the strategic objectives of the organization.
  • Collaborate with leaders and SMEs to script, storyboard, and validate content.
  • Ensure accessibility, localization, and brand alignment across all content.
  • Support integration of multimedia into SCORM packages and LMS platforms.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in Instructional Design or Learning and development. Creative field, or related.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Information design, Education, Communication, Educational Technology, Psychology, or a related field.
