Role Purpose: Senior Specialist - Tax Reporting & Compliance - Global Service Centre:To Handle the compliances of Direct and Indirect Taxation for assigned the legal entities in the region.

Designation: Sr Specialist - GL & Tax

Base Location: Navi Mumbai

Reporting to: Manager - GL & Tax - Global Service Centre -Finance

Key Role Responsibilities:

Taxation :Legal entities:

• End to end GST process including compliance, returns filing, payments, input credits and utilization
• Ensuring all tax reconciliations as GSTR 2B/2A/8A, E way bill, Input tax credit availment etc performed in timely manner.
• Preparation of GSTR1,3B,6 ,9,9C for 25+ GSTN- All Recons/ working files
• Ensuing all GST Returns are filled, and Payment are done within due date
• Preparing and ensuring all TDS/TCS Payments are done within due date
• Preparation of TDS/TCS Return working files/recon files/tracker & ensuring return filings are done within due date
• Responsible for monitoring and scrutiny of correct TDS & TCS deduction
• Assisting in tax payments and returns and other fillings relating to Direct Tax
• Ensuring all tax audit and statutory audit data prepared and shared with BU/Tax RO for Audit related to Direct & Indirect tax compliances
• Providing all Notice/Audit and Assessment related data as required by tax Department.
• Preparation of Internal company Reconciliation
• Fixed Assets Capitalization and preparation of FA & CWIP schedule on monthly basis.
• Preparation weekly/ Monthly BRS.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficient in GST acts, rules, Income tax & TDS compliances
• Strong knowledge of accounting & taxation
• Proficient in ERPs - SAP, Oracle, etc
• Preferably 3-5 years experience in direct and indirect tax compliances
• Experience of handling Taxation and accounting functions of multiple legalentities

Education & Qualifications:

B.Com/M.Com/MBA/ -Finance 3-5 years of experience in GST/TDS compliance
