Driving Hiring Outcomes
- Take complete ownership of hiring for mid to senior-level roles, from intake to closure
- Design targeted sourcing approaches that go beyond job boards - leveraging research, networks, and creative outreach
- Balance speed with quality, managing multiple roles while consistently delivering strong hiring outcomes
Business Partnership
- Work closely with hiring managers to shape role requirements, challenge assumptions, and bring clarity to hiring needs
- Bring an external lens by sharing market realities, talent availability, and competitive insights
- Guide hiring conversations with structured, data-backed perspectives to enable effective decision-making
Candidate Engagement
- Create a thoughtful, transparent, and well-managed candidate journey from first conversation to offer stage
- Build meaningful connections with candidates and act as a credible representative of Volante's culture and opportunity
Execution & Process Rigor
- Keep hiring processes disciplined, well-tracked, and outcome-focused
- Identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, and improve hiring efficiency without compromising quality
- Work seamlessly across HR, business teams, and operations to ensure a smooth transition from hiring to onboarding
Talent Pipelining & Market Insight
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles, anticipating future hiring needs
- Continuously map talent landscapes and stay connected to relevant talent communities
- Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and personal networks strategically to unlock high-quality talent
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Brings 6+ years of experience in technology hiring, ideally within product-led, fintech, or other high-demand tech environments
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, technology or a related discipline
- Has experience hiring across global markets, with exposure to regions such as India, the US, Europe, or LATAM
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can shift quickly
- Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, working independently while staying accountable for outcomes
- Communicates effectively and builds credibility with stakeholders, handling conversations with clarity and confidence
- Able to manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously without losing focus on quality or candidate experience
