Key Responsibilities:
- Environment and Access Provisioning:Oversee the setup and configuration of environments toensure compatibility and alignment with existing frameworks, thereby optimizing workflows.Oversee access management for critical platforms, including GitHub, AWS, and other distributionlists, to maintain security and streamline collaboration across teams.
- Architectural Design:Lead the design and oversee implementation of scalable architecture tosupport the diverse needs of our global operations. Facilitate and guide the team through thearchitecture review process, incorporating feedback from the review committee to ensurecompliance with industry best practices and company standards.
- Database Management:Design, supervise, and optimize Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) anddatabase structures tailored to the specific requirements of various markets. Ensure dataintegrity, accessibility, and performance optimization while developing robust integrationstrategies for seamless data flow and interoperability among systems.
- IT Process Navigation:Effectively navigate and manage key IT processes, including but not limitedto the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), architecture reviews, and compliance regulations,to ensure project alignment and adherence to standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams to facilitate theseamless integration of systems and solutions, promoting synergy and efficiency across theorganization.
Qualifications
Education & Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,Data Science, or a related field with at least 8+ years relevantexperience; or a Master s degree with 6+yearswork experience
Skillset:
Candidates must have-
- Proficiency in architectural design and implementation, with a strongunderstanding of scalable architectures and cloud infrastructure.
- Expertise in database design and management, including experiencewith Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and SQL/NoSQL databases,ensuring data integrity and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience navigating the Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC) and familiarity with IT compliance regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track recordof effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
