Role description
Role Overview:
Seeking a hands-on AEP Expert (Individual Contributor) to architect and implement enterprise data foundations. You will lead technical POCs, drive profile unification, and bridge business goals with technical execution using AEP, AJO, and Web/Mobile SDK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Core AEP Mastery: Lead hands-on implementation of XDM schemas, Identity Namespaces, and Real-time Customer Profiles.
- Data Strategy: Architect batch/streaming ingestion and robust data governance (DULE) frameworks.
- POC Leadership: Autonomously build Proof of Concepts to demonstrate high-value AEP use cases.
- Ecosystem Integration: Configure Web/Mobile SDK for data collection and AJO for journey orchestration.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical advisor for customers, translating complex requirements into scalable blueprints.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 8+ years in MarTech; 4+ years specifically in AEP.
- Technical Skills: Expert in RT-CDP, Segmentation, Query Service, and APIs.
- Supporting Tools: Practical knowledge of Adobe Journey Optimizer and Web/Mobile SDK (Alloy.js).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to lead discussions with technical teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Sandbox Management: Proven experience in migrating objects (schemas, segments, journeys) between AEP sandboxes (Dev to Prod).
- Deployment Tools: Knowledge of AEP Tooling or Sandbox Tooling features for automated object migration and version control.
- CI/CD Awareness: Understanding of deployment workflows within the Adobe ecosystem.
