Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist - Software Engineering to join our dynamic and growing team in Bengaluru, India. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in Apache Camel, Java, and Microservices Ecosystem with 7 to 11 years of relevant experience. This role requires a deep understanding of software engineering, an innovative mindset, and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, deploy, and manage RESTful and HTTP APIs using AWS API Gateway.
2. Develop and maintain scalable API solutions, integrating with other APIs services.
3. Execute API throttling, quota management, API securities, IAM for role-based access control.
4. Develop API proxies, policies, and manage security permissions, request/response transformation, deployment stage in AWS and Apigee APIs.
5. Display expertise in Node.js, Java, Python, XSLT, XML, JSON, and other data formats as part of API payload management and processing Unix/Linux scripting.
6. Leverage experience with AWS cloud services and modern cloud architectures, GitHub for version control, and CI/CD pipeline automation.
7. Utilize hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native containerization and familiarity with SOAP, NodeJS, OAuth, Swagger/OpenAPI standards.
8. Build unit test cases, ensure data validations of services, design data models, normalized request/response schema contracts and liaise with other team members to perform the component testing.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Minimum 7 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Apache Camel, Java, and Microservices Ecosystem.
2. Extensive experience with AWS cloud services, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native containerization.
3. Strong familiarity with SOAP, NodeJS, OAuth, Swagger/OpenAPI standards.
4. Proficiency in Node.js, Java, Python, XSLT, XML, JSON, and other data formats.
5. Solid understanding of Unix/Linux scripting.
6. Proven track record in designing, deploying, and managing RESTful and HTTP APIs using AWS API Gateway.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
8. Strong understanding of CI/CD pipeline automation and GitHub for version control.
