We are seeking a Senior Specialist to join our Legal and Compliance team in Hyderabad, India, with a primary focus on infrastructure and real estate laws, and related legal matters. The Legal team is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving legal issues and risks for the firm, including transactional, infrastructure and real estate legal support, contract review, litigation, employment, technology and intellectual property matters.
WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:
In this role, you will independently review, draft, and negotiate a variety of infrastructure, real estate, and commercial contracts, while leading discussions with counterparties. You will provide legal support for infrastructure, real estate, and commercial transactions, including due diligence, regulatory compliance, and documentation. Your work will involve reviewing and strengthening tender and other procurement documentation, working on specialized facility requirements and business processes for new and existing projects, supporting the firm's leasing requirements, and handling a range of general commercial contracts. You will collaborate closely with administrative, human capital, finance, and operations teams to facilitate contract and transaction processes, and you will devise processes for contract review, draft templates, and conduct legal research on infrastructure, banking and finance, and real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Basic qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in law with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience, including proven expertise in infrastructure, real estate law and contract drafting and negotiations
- Detailed knowledge of commercial contract laws, infrastructure and real estate regulatory frameworks
- The ability to be self-motivated and results-oriented, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and the capacity to be a quick learner
- Robust attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines effectively
Preferred qualifications:
- A master's degree in law or a related field
