Senior Specialist - Package Implementation

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project System PS Enterprise Portfolio Project Management EPPM professional to drive endtoend project delivery across blueprinting design configuration testing data migration cutover and hypercare The ideal candidate has strong S4HANA exposure deep PS core EPPM capabilities and proven experience integrating with FICO SD MM PP HRTime This role partners closely with business stakeholders in EngineeringCapExIT or Professional Services to deliver scalable compliant project management solutions

Key Responsibilities

Lead or support solution design for SAP PSEPPM covering project structures planning execution monitoring and closing

Configure WBS Networks Activities project profiles planning profiles budgetingavailability control dates and progress tracking

Implement cost planning commitment management results analysis RA settlement to COPAAsset Accounting and revenue recognition where applicable

Enable Resource Management and capacity planning integrate with CATStime sheets and HR time management as applicable

Set up Milestone Billing SD integration for customer projects MMPP for procurement productionrelated projects and AA for CapEx projects investment measures AUCfinal asset

Deploy EPPM capabilities Portfolio Management items initiatives scoring Project Management CPRCPMCPD apps where relevant Fiori apps for project managers and team members

Integrate with FICO cost centers internal orders profitability segments DMSGOS for document linkage Workflow and Authorizations

Execute data migration WBSNetwork master budgets commitments RA open items via LTMCLSMWBAPIs or migration cockpit

Prepare functional specs for RICEFW Reports Interfaces Conversions Enhancements Forms Workflows collaborate with ABAPUI5 teams

Define test strategy author test scripts support SITUAT and lead cutover hypercare

Establish governance standards naming conventions project templates approval flows and controls for auditcompliance

Deliver training change management for business stakeholders create SOPs and user guides

Contribute to presalessolutioning effort estimation and proposal responses when required

Must Have Skills Experience

4 to 12 years of handson SAP PS experience mix of ECC and S4HANA preferred

Endtoend implementation experience across core PS

Practical experience with Portfolio Project Management EPPM portfolio items scoringcapital prioritization stagegate project management apps resource management

Proficiency in functional design specs for RICEFW testing cycles and cutover planning

Strong clientfacing communication stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
