We are looking for an accomplished candidate with a record of academic and professional achievements to be a part of our innovative Talent Acquisition team based in the firm's office in Hyderabad, India. This is a dynamic, high-visibility position offering multiple opportunities to work closely with the firm's various businesses.
WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in designing, executing, and refining the recruitment strategies for our front office and enterprise technology groups. You will recruit highly skilled technology talent, be expected to drive, and enhance various recruitment programs for our global operations while streamlining the existing processes. You will also be part of various initiatives to utilize nontraditional forms of recruitment, branding, and marketing, while championing recruitment best practices within the team. This is an individual contributor role.

Basic qualifications:
- A postgraduate degree with 4 to 7 years of technology recruitment experience
- Excellent end-to-end knowledge of the recruitment process
- A good grasp of sourcing from different platforms
- The ability to perform market intelligence and competitor analysis
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
Preferred qualifications:
- The ability to adapt to a highly evolved and flexible work culture
- The ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
- A proven track record of proficient problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
