Job Title: GenAI EngineerAbout the Role:A GenAI Engineer (Generative AI Engineer) is a specialized professional at the forefront of artificial intelligence, focused on developing and implementing systems that can autonomously generate new and original content. This content can take many forms, including text, images, audio, video, and code.This role combines expertise in machine learning, data science, and software engineering to build the next generation of creative and intelligent AI applicationsJD:At least 5 years of experience designing and implementing artificial intelligence systems. Strong experience with machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision technologies. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++. Experience working with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor other members of the AI development team. Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch. Experience with distributed computing systems such as Hadoop or Spark. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes. Experience with agile software development methodologies. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure succeful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
