Role: Sr. Specialist
Reports To: Program Leader/Manager Band (FP&A SSC)
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate for this position will be a detail-oriented, experienced FP&A professional who will support healthcare revenue cycle operations for our US clients. They will work closely with onshore finance and operational partners to manage client billings, reconciliations, KPI reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. This role combines hands-on execution with business partnering and process improvement in a Global Shared Services environment.
Job Responsibility:
Review/Prepare the following activities while ensuring accuracy and timeliness:
Client invoices, including base fees and gainshare calculations based on contractual terms and KPI performance.
Manage client cash reconciliation and reporting for both standard monthly processes and ad hoc requests.
Develop and maintain summary reports of key performance indicators for leadership on a defined cadence.
Conduct in-depth variance analysis, provide clear explanations, and partner with operations and onshore teams to implement corrective actions.
Support client budgeting, forecasting, P&L analyses, and monthly/quarterly reporting with insightful commentary.
Drive reporting automation, dashboarding, and business intelligence initiatives to improve efficiency.
Manage and support process transitions, improvement opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
Act as finance business partner to operations teams, participating in commercial discussions and ad-hoc analyses.
Develop strong understanding of client KPIs and contract structures to anticipate the broader impact of business decisions.
Establish regular communication cadence with the client and interact independently with them to source needed information and provide updates.
Preferred:
2-3 years of experience in US Healthcare revenue cycle management (highly preferred).
Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, financial modeling, and database tools.
Prior experience in Global Capability Centers / Shared Services (any geography).
Skills and Qualifications:
B.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
7+ years of overall experience, with at least 4+ years in Financial Planning & Analysis.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (must-have).
Strong business acumen, analytical & problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global setup.
