Job Requirements

The Senior Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and assisting in all aspects of the entity management team and overseeing the entire process for the establishment, consolidation, or closure of any group entity, involving the transfer of customers, employees, and vendors, as well as any special transactions such as dividend distribution, shares issuance, or loan conversion. This will necessitate cooperation with various Single Points of Contact (SPOCs) across different teams and hierarchies such as tax, legal, PMO, P2P, O2C, IT, HR.

Work Experience

  • MBA with relevant work experience of 1-3 years
  • Having a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent English communication skills (Oral & written)
  • Good Analytical skills / Problem Solving Skills / Interpersonal Skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel, with Advanced Excel skills being an added advantage
  • Demonstrated ability in independent research skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
