Role Summary

The Senior Specialist Frontend Engineer (A3) is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining frontend applications using Angular. The role focuses on delivering highquality, performant, and maintainable user interfaces while owning frontend modules endtoend. Strong handson usage of AIassisted development tools is highly valued to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Angularbased frontend applications

- Build reusable UI components, services, and modules

- Ensure UI performance, responsiveness, and accessibility

- Collaborate with Backend, QA, and Product teams

- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and delivery activities

- Own quality and stability of assigned frontend components

AI Usage & Productivity Expectations

- Actively use AIassisted tools for UI development, refactoring, and debugging

- Use AI to speed up component development and reduce rework

- Leverage AI for documentation, test case suggestions, and defect analysis

- Validate AIgenerated code to meet performance and security standards

- Continuously improve productivity using AIdriven approaches

Quality & Collaboration

- Ensure frontend code is testable and automationfriendly

- Support QA during testing and defect resolution

- Collaborate with backend engineers for API integration

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Future Growth Expectation

Frontend engineers are expected to gradually develop backend exposure using Python (Flask / FastAPI) and move toward fullstack feature ownership over time. Candidates with existing fullstack experience (Angular + Python) are considered a strong advantage.

Skills & Experience

- 37 years of frontend development experience

- Strong expertise in Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS/SCSS

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

- Exposure to Python backend development is a plus

- Handson usage of AI tools for development productivity is highly preferred
