Senior Specialist - Document Management - Global Service Centre

Location: Navi Mumbai

• efficiently organize, track and distribute project documents - including but not limited to Master Document Register (MDR)
• ensure proper revision control, timely document issuance, and accuracy of all data captured throughout the project lifecycle
• upload engineering documents to IFS ERP database
• maintain project registers like TQ, IOC, Procurement Tracker, As-Built Documentation, etc.
• manage document workflows, including receipt, review, approval, distribution, and archival of project documentation
• support the Project Manager and / or Engineering Manager by providing uptodate documentation and records as needed
• monitor compliance with document control standards and project requirements
• prepare document status reports and assist with audits when required

• perform general administrative and documentation tasks as assigned

• Bachelor's Degree (3 yrs)
• 4-5 years of experience in document control or a similar administrative/technical documentation role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (sorting, filtering, tracking, and data management)
• Ability to maintain accuracy in a fastpaced environment, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, etc.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple disciplines
