Job Summary
As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will take ownership of advanced campaign planning, execution, and optimization across digital channels. The role includes campaign structure design, advanced media planning, identifying upscaling opportunities, and implementing advanced conversion tracking frameworks. You will also lead GA4 & Google Tag Manager setups, CRM integrations, and coordinate with third-party platforms to ensure seamless tracking, attribution, and performance delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute advanced campaign structures across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Native Ad platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, etc.).
- Develop strategic media plans aligned with business goals, budgets, and KPIs.
- Identify upscaling opportunities through performance metrics, conversion trends, and audience insights.
- Manage end-to-end conversion tracking through GA4, GTM, and CRM integrations by implementing advanced tracking frameworks such as event-based tagging and attribution modeling, while ensuring data accuracy and reporting consistency in coordination with analytics and tech teams.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure ad copies, visuals, and landing pages align with campaign goals.
- Analyze campaign performance reports to identify gaps, improvement areas, and optimization opportunities.
- Prepare and share action plans for campaign enhancements and scaling opportunities with the Team Lead.
- Oversee budget pacing, spend utilization, and performance consistency across active campaigns.
- Maintain organized documentation and reporting dashboards, ensuring timely weekly and monthly updates.
- Stay informed on industry trends, platform changes, and AI tools to drive innovation and efficiency.
Required Skills
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Native Ads (preferred).
- Working Experience in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM setup/integration for accurate conversion tracking.
- Strong command of media planning, funnel strategies, and campaign scaling methodologies.
- Analytical proficiency using Excel / Google Sheets, Pivot Tables, and Looker Studio dashboards.
- Eagerness to collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution and tracking accuracy.
- Awareness of AI-based marketing
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as Google Ads, Meta Blueprint (Optional), Google Analytics (preferred).
- Minimum 23 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, with strong ownership of tracking and media strategy.
Salary Range: Competitive and based on experience
