Senior Specialist - Business Analysis

The role requires a highly professional Digitalization and IT person with a global mindset and with ability to demonstrate a balance between clear strategic direction insightful operational decision making and ability to execute successful supporting development activities

This is done by connecting the business Subject Matter Experts of the plant with the team responsible for the company ensuring these solutions fully support the business processes of the plant

The key competences for this role are

A good understanding of the manufacturing domain

The ability to quickly understand the client business processes

A strong ability to describe these processes the alternatives the pros cons

A strong ability to identify and connect the requirements of these processes with the capabilities offered or to be developed by the MTMNG solutions

A rigorous and analytical mindset

Very good business analytical capability and ability to interact with experts in the process and solution field

Interact with factory users to collect expectations and understanding of the operational context

Follow up with factory users the actual usage of the MTMNG solution over time and adherence to the defined business processes

Candidate needs to travel to client office C V Raman Nagar Bagmane for 2 to 3 days or all days wherever applicable

Candidate will also travel to Hoskote customer plant every week once based on customer urgency and transportation will be provided between customer offices
