Technical Facility Management

  • Manage end-to-end technical operations of office facilities including:

    • Electrical systems (LT panels, UPS)

    • HVAC systems (AHU, FCU, VRV/VRF systems)

    • Plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, pumps)

  • Ensure 100% uptime of critical infrastructure for IT office environments

  • Lead breakdown maintenance and root cause analysis (RCA)

Preventive Maintenance & 52-Week Calendar

  • Own and drive the 52-week PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) calendar

  • Ensure 100% adherence to PPM schedules

  • Digitize and track maintenance through:

    • CAFM / CMMS tools (e.g., QuickFMS)

  • Monitor:

    • AMC compliance

    • Asset lifecycle tracking

    • Vendor performance on maintenance delivery

Technology & Digitization

  • Drive digital transformation in facility management, including:

    • E-checklists for housekeeping, security, and engineering

    • Asset management systems

    • Helpdesk automation & ticketing systems

    • Smart dashboards (Power BI / MIS reporting)

  • Implement:

    • IoT-based monitoring (energy, occupancy, equipment health)

    • Predictive maintenance models

  • Ensure data-driven governance and reporting

IT Workplace Infrastructure Management

  • Manage technical readiness of IT office floors, including:

    • Power redundancy and load management

    • Server room / IDF room coordination

    • Network and cabling infrastructure support (in coordination with IT teams)

  • Ensure zero disruption to business operations

Vendor & Contract Management

  • Manage multiple technical vendors:

    • Electrical / HVAC / Plumbing / BMS vendors

  • Track:

    • SLA adherence

    • KPI performance

    • Cost optimization opportunities

  • Support:

    • PR/PO processes

    • Vendor negotiations and onboarding

Compliance, Safety & Audits

  • Ensure compliance with:

    • Statutory regulations

    • EHS standards (ISO 45001 / 14001 / 41001)

  • Conduct:

    • Safety audits

    • Risk assessments

    • Emergency preparedness drills

  • Maintain:

    • Documentation for audits and inspections

Energy & Sustainability Management

  • Monitor and optimize:

    • Energy consumption

    • Water usage

  • Drive ESG initiatives:

    • Energy-saving projects

    • Waste reduction programs

  • Generate sustainability reports and dashboards

Reporting & Governance

  • Prepare and present:

    • Weekly / Monthly MIS reports

    • Dashboard insights (Power BI / Excel)

  • Track:

    • SLA performance

    • Downtime analysis

    • Maintenance KPIs

  • Support leadership with data-backed insights

Key Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of:

    • Electrical systems (HT/LT, DG, UPS)

    • HVAC systems

    • Plumbing systems

Expertise in:

    • PPM planning & execution

    • Facility audits & compliance

    • IT office infrastructure support

Technology Skills

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • CAFM / CMMS tools (QuickFMS, ServiceNow, etc.)

    • Power BI / Excel dashboards

    • Digital checklist tools

  • Exposure to:

    • IoT / Smart building solutions

    • Automation in FM operations

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in:

    • Electrical / Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)

    • Diploma with relevant experience (acceptable)
