Role OverviewThe Senior Specialist -ACES is a high-impact role responsible for owning major product workstreams and high-value global accounts. This role bridges long-term product vision with execution, handles complex problem statements, and acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across Product, Implementation, and Support streams.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Product Leadership
- Own roadmap and delivery for product suites or global accounts
- Drive operational improvements and cross-functional solutions
- Make key trade-off decisions balancing customer needs and scalability
Advanced Business Analysis & Solutioning
- Lead complex requirement discovery (GDS, Payment Gateways, ERP integrations)
- Collaborate on robust functional architecture
- Oversee multi-module validation and impact assessments
Program Management & Delivery
- Direct large-scale implementations ensuring quality and adoption
- Manage risks, dependencies, and executive-level communications
- Take full accountability for scope, timeline
Mentorship & Influence
- Mentor A2/A1/A0 team members
- Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Champion Product Management best practices and ACES methodology
Qualifications- 45 years in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Technical Implementation
- Experience with Enterprise SaaS, ERP, or Travel Tech
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred Attributes- Travel domain expertise & API-led integration knowledge
