Job Description

As Senior Specialist, Account Based Marketing (ABM), you will play a key role in building, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns targeting priority commercial real estate accounts. Working within the Campaign teams, you will create and manage audience segments, analyze campaign data, develop custom web experiences, and ensure smooth integration across marketing technology platforms. Your hands-on technical and analytical skills will help drive high-impact marketing initiatives and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Platform Management

Build and manage audience segments, workflows, and campaigns in ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, or similar)

Set up and run email campaigns, nurture sequences, and landing pages using marketing automation systems (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot)

Develop custom landing pages and web experiences using low-code/no-code content platforms (e.g., Folloze, Uberflip)

Partner with marketing operations, digital, and paid media teams to ensure seamless connections between ABM, automation, ad tech, and CRM platforms

Data Analysis & Optimization

Monitor and analyze account and campaign performance using marketing and advertising platform analytics

Use insights to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment

Conduct quality control across data endpoints and reporting for account-level engagement

Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement

Identify and resolve performance or integration issues to keep campaigns running smoothly

Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Work closely with global and local marketing teams, publishers, and digital specialists to deliver campaign objectives

Support development of personalized content experiences for priority accounts

Required Qualifications

9-10 years of overall experience, including 4-5 years of hands-on, relevant experience with marketing technology platforms in a B2B environment

Experience with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, or similar)

Experience with marketing automation systems (Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot)

Familiarity with web experience tools (Folloze, Uberflip, or similar)

Skilled in building web pages and content using drag-and-drop, low-code/no-code tools

Comfortable using AI tools to enhance marketing campaigns and create content

Strong analytical and organizational skills with advanced proficiency in Excel

Detail orientated and able to manage multiple projects at scale

Preferred Qualifications

B2B marketing experience in professional services or real estate

Familiarity with social advertising platforms (e.g., LinkedIn)

Experience integrating/connecting multiple marketing technology platforms

Project management experience and ability to work collaboratively across teams
