Senior Sourcing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing:Identify and attract passive and active candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, Boolean searches, and other sourcing techniques.
• Pipeline Development:Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Market Research:Conduct market analysis to identify top talent pools, industry trends, and competitive intelligence.
• Database Management:Maintain and update candidate databases (ATS/CRM) with accurate information.
• Screening & Outreach:Conduct initial outreach, engage with potential candidates, and assess their interest and qualifications.
• Collaboration:Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
• Employer Branding:Promote the company's employer brand to attract high-quality talent through networking and engagement strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as aSourcing Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role in recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and social media recruitment.
• Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment databases.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with technical and non-technical hiring is a plus.
