Job Title: Sourcing Manager (High-Performance Role)

Role SummaryThis is a hardcore execution role, not a support function.
We are hiring a Sourcing Manager who can deliver production at speed, control cost, and own outcomes end-to-end. The role demands strong factory control, commercial sharpness, and pressure-handling ability in a fast-scaling apparel brand environment.
If you cannot handle tight timelines, daily follow-ups, and accountability, this role is not for you.
Key Responsibilities (Non-Negotiable)- Own end-to-end sourcing & production delivery delay = responsibility
- Execute fast-track production cycles with strict TAT adherence
- Activate and manage existing Tiruppur factory network to meet volume & timelines
- Ensure right cost, right quality, right delivery every time
- Drive commercial negotiations to protect brand margins
- Prepare and control accurate domestic product costing
- Handle multiple styles, drops, and repeats under pressure
- Track daily production status and resolve bottlenecks on-ground
- Take full accountability for misses, delays, and quality issues
- Build and control a reliable vendor base, not dependent on one factory
- Lead and push sourcing / production teams for performance
Performance Expectations (KPIs)- Production TAT adherence: 95%+
- Cost deviation: Within approved margins
- Quality rejections: Minimal / controlled
- Vendor reliability score: Consistent performance
- Repeat readiness: Faster turnaround on repeat styles
- On-time delivery: Non-negotiable
Required Experience- 510+ years of hands-on sourcing experience in Tiruppur
- Strong factory-level execution exposure (knits/wovens)
- Proven record in fast fashion / domestic / D2C brands
- Deep knowledge of apparel costing & margin structures
- Strong price negotiation and vendor control skills
- Experience managing production & sourcing teams
- Mentally strong, execution-first, and result-driven
