Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Lead end-to-end delivery of fit-outs, renovations, and infrastructure upgrade projects
- Develop detailed project plans including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
- Ensure timely execution of projects while maintaining quality, cost, and safety standards
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and progress using project management tools
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including drawings, BOQs, schedules, change orders, and close-out reports
- Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders and leadership teams
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all project records and documentation
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with internal teams including Real Estate, Facility Management, IT, Security, EHS, and Business Units
- Translate business requirements into clear technical execution plans
- Manage stakeholder communications across all project phases
- Conduct project walkthroughs, obtain approvals, and capture post-project feedback
Vendor & Contractor Management
- Source, evaluate, and onboard contractors, consultants, and OEMs
- Review technical and commercial proposals and support negotiations
- Monitor vendor performance, quality standards, safety compliance, and timelines
- Validate contractor billing against actual work progress and milestones
Engineering & Design Coordination
- Review architectural, civil, MEP, and interior design drawings
- Collaborate with design consultants and engineering teams for execution feasibility
- Identify and resolve design conflicts across structural, spatial, and MEP systems
- Support updates and validation using CAD tools such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Integrate sustainability, energy efficiency, and compliance requirements into designs
Project Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to safety (EHS), quality control, and regulatory standards
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Oversee compliance upgrades and ensure regulatory alignment in all projects
- Support Six Sigma or continuous improvement initiatives in project execution
Cost Control & Procurement
- Develop cost estimates and manage project budgets effectively
- Oversee procurement strategy and material sourcing
- Track expenditures and ensure financial discipline across project lifecycle
- Ensure vendor payments align with contractual milestones and deliverables
