Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in technical project management or a customer-facing role.
- Experience working with third-party vendor operations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in a partner-facing role, product issue resolution support, program management, or a technical background.
- Experience in setting up and managing third-party vendor based technical operations (e.g., QA, moderation, testing, etc.).
- Experience with the Google Play Store with knowledge of app mobile ecosystems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with experience executing operational initiatives.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to lead initiatives in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.

The Platforms and Devices team encompasses Google's various computing software platforms across environments (desktop, mobile, applications), as well as our first party devices and services that combine the best of Google AI, software, and hardware. Teams across this area research, design, and develop new technologies to make our user's interaction with computing faster and more seamless, building innovative experiences for our users around the world.
Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of Google Play's products/solutions and underlying architectures. Create workflows, processes, and tools to meet the program requirements.
- Manage operational performance of third-party vendor operations to ensure Play is able to deliver high quality enforcement and appeals processes.
- Work with developers to drive adherence and adoption of high quality Play features and services.
- Develop advanced product knowledge with specialization in one or more components, including dependencies on other products and teams.
- Work with external developers, generate developer insights and create written guidance, and act as consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders in engineering, partnership, developer organizations to improve Plays products, tools, and services.
