Senior Solution Manager - Analytics Design and Delivery
Your role:
Responsibilities
Taking key Solution and domain Manager role, reporting directly to the Tribe lead whilst holding responsibility for ISC insight, Analytics and Digital data-driven related activities in the planning domain.
Taking leadership to establish long-term roadmap of Insights, analytics and Digital that aligns with overall Business / ISC strategy in the planning domain.
Mine internal/external and primary/secondary sources of data and create framework to work collaboratively with cross-functional team to turn those insights into business building plans
Evaluate current reporting environments to finalize the data elements required for meeting functional requirements.
Evaluate current planning tools and operations to identify opportunities for Digital( Automation and Agentic AI) to drive planning efficiency
Drive data strategy from design through implementation while acting as a trusted advisor to Supply Chain Teams.
Lead a technical data delivery for a project.
Drive project management responsibilities leveraging prior hands on data development experience.
Applies a global approach to analytical solutions-both within a business area and across the enterprise
Ability to use data for Exploratory, descriptive, Inferential, Prescriptive, and Advanced Analytics
Stakeholder Management managing key stake holders across ISC

Minimum 12-14 years of increasingly responsible experience in high impactful and changing environments
Should have worked in a dynamic and fast changing environment.
Technical / Functional Knowledge and Skills required
Previous experience in supply chain domain with strong knowledge on end to end Planning
Previous experience providing consulting delivery leadership in discovering and shaping opportunities, solution development, proposal generation, and deal closing stages.
Understands data analytics, complex event processing, data warehouses, big data technologies, data engineering, data science and data visualization.
Experience / Understanding of end to end architectures for complex solutions in the area of Digital - Automation/Agentic AI, data processing and analytics.
Strong background and experience with Data acquisition and processing concepts, architectures and tools:
Knowledge of data science algorithms, statistics and analytics tools for:
Analytics and Machine Learning
Visualization / Story telling
Experience working with large data sets and Exploratory Data Analysis
Familiarity with relational databases and SQL
Soft Skills Required
Good communication and presentation skills
Highly driven, energetic, flexible, resourceful & ability to multitask
Clarity of thoughts and vision
Ability to ideate and bring solutions to the table
Adherence to timelines, without sacrificing quality of output
