Your responsibilities
This role leads solution architecture for Integration and API platforms using MuleSoft and AWS, driving scalable enterprise integrations while guiding engineering teams and shaping a highperformance technical group in the PCM domain.
- Drive endtoend solution architecture for Integration & API platforms ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Design enterprise integrations using MuleSoft ESB and AWSbased API services within the PCM domain.
- Translate business requirements into robust architecture designs aligned with cloudnative standards.
- Act as technical authority, guiding teams on API best practices, integration patterns, and architecture decisions.
- Lead the Shape Group: hiring, mentoring, skill development, and performance discussions.
Your profile
- 11-15 years in software engineering / integration / solution architecture with strong MuleSoft & AWS experience.
- Deep understanding of APIfirst design, microservices, distributed systems, and eventdriven architectures.
- Strong architectural thinking with proven ability to guide engineering teams.
- Experience working in agile, international, crossfunctional product teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management; AWS certifications are a plus.
