Key Responsibilities:
- Gather business use cases and document product-based requirements with recommended solutions
- Educate customers and partners on product architecture, functional design, and best practices
- Assist in scoping, analysis, and documentation of implementation projects
- Develop and deliver technical training for SailPoint implementation partners
- Help design creative solutions to complex problems for implementation teams
- Contribute to technical delivery via code or complex configuration
- Review and write custom code as needed
