Key Responsibilities:
- Gather customer business use cases and document product-based requirements with recommended solution designs.
- Educate customers and partners on product architecture, functional design, and best practices.
- Assist in scoping, analyzing, and documenting implementation projects.
- Develop and deliver technical training for SailPoint implementation partners.
- Help implementation teams design creative solutions for complex problems.
- Contribute to technical delivery through coding or complex configuration as needed.
